Plus.ai, a software/technology company based at 3315 Scott Blvd., Ste. 300, Santa Clara, CA 95054, has invited WAJ members and journalist colleagues to a session of demo rides as well as a presentation and discussion on April 12. They will be providing lunch, so anyone thinking of coming should let me know (president@waj.org) as soon as you can—this week if possible. The demo rides—which is the best way to see this technology in action—are slated for before and after lunch—11 am or 1:15 pm. Those rides could be a drive for those who have a CFL license.
Plus.ai is one of the leaders in driver assistance and autonomous vehicle technology (L2-4). Founded in 2016, it works with customers like Amazon, Nikola and Iveco to test and demonstrate its technology prior to production, which is scheduled for next year. We’ll have an audience with some of Plus.ai’s executives to hear the company story, product roadmap and commercialization pathway. This is leading edge tech, so try to make time to be there.
